A family business, not a franchise
Mike Silvia started the business in North Reading back in 1993. All these years later it's still family-run, a small, dependable crew that shows up when we say we will and treats your home with the same care we'd want in our own.

How much does carpet cleaning cost?
Every job is a little different, so we give you a free estimate before we start, no surprises. Call us with what you need cleaned and we'll tell you what it'll cost. We've always kept our prices fair, and we offer a senior discount, so just ask.
How long does carpet take to dry after cleaning?
We use a truck-mounted hot-water system that pulls most of the water back out, so your carpet is damp, not drenched. Most carpets are dry within a few hours, depending on airflow and how thick the carpet is.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in North Reading and serve North Reading, Reading, Andover, North Andover, Wilmington, Wakefield, Lynnfield, Middleton, Stoneham, Tewksbury, Woburn, plus the surrounding North Shore towns. Not sure if you're in range? Just call and ask.
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Our pressure washing is chemical-free and safe around your family, pets, and plants, and we finish carpet jobs with just a light, fresh deodorizer. We've been cleaning homes with kids and pets in them since 1993.
What do you clean besides carpet?
Carpet and rugs, upholstery and furniture, tile and grout, and pressure washing for decks, driveways, and home exteriors. We also rent out Phoenix dehumidifiers and air movers by the day if you've got a room that won't dry out.
Do you offer free estimates, and are you licensed and insured?
Yes to both. Estimates are always free, and we're licensed, insured, and BBB A+ rated, a reputation you can look up yourself before you call.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
For most homes, once a year keeps carpets looking right and lasting longer. Busy households with kids, pets, or heavy traffic (or restaurants and shops) may want it a couple of times a year.
